Step by step: setting up agents in the app

1. Add each agent as a worker in your Recycling space, granting entry recording and nothing more.
2. Issue the float, tagged. Add cash of ₦50,000 tagged to hand and to Musa. Gazeloft now expects Musa's buys to spend against Musa's float.
3. Agent records every buy on the spot: material, kg, price per kg, Customer. Each entry reduces his tagged float automatically.
4. Review per-worker cash in the evening: float issued, purchases made, cash remaining, for each agent, for today or the whole week.
5. Settle and reissue. When Musa returns, his remaining cash on screen should match the notes in his bag. Collect, count, confirm, and issue the next float.

What tracking does for good agents, not just against bad ones

It is easy to read per-worker tracking as a weapon against theft, but its bigger effect is on your honest people. An agent working the streets with your ₦50,000 carries a burden: any shortfall, any rumour, any bad day at the yard can land on his name with no way to answer it. Give that same agent a tagged float and an entry for every purchase, and his defence writes itself all day long.
